Dear partners, please note, that from the time when You give us request for recruitment workers for Your company and till the time when these workers will arrive and start working, will pass about 1-2 months!
The procedure of work with our company:
1. You send us request with details ( position, amount of candidates, salary min-max, term of contract, special requrements and conditions) example - Waiter 10 person, 8 girls/2 boys, $350-500$, 15 April - 1 November, English on good conversational level).
2. We send You some cv's for reviewing. Every cv that You get after giving us Request is not shown to other Employers during 3 working days. The personnel that You will chose will be reserved after Your company and we will not show these people anymore. The personnel that You will not chose will be shown to other employers after 3 working days.
3. Contract. After choice of personnel You are to provide example of contract for these people and also to sign contract with our company. We will spend for it not more then 5 working days
4. Working visa. After You have chosen the necessary candidates, it's needed to start visa procedure. We will gather and prepare all requared documents from the side of candidates and send to You for further employment.
5. Flight and arrival of candidates. After working visa is ready and when Your company is ready to recieve candidates, You should arrange the flights for Your new personnel. Upon arrival, Your service will take the workers from the airport.

Dear employers! We have big experience of employment abroad and would like to give You some advices for Your comfort and fast work.
First of all we would advice You to make interviews with the candidates. It can be Skype interview, or interview by one of phone services (watsup or viber). After seeing the candidate with Your own eyes and after having spoken to him/her, You will be sure that You have chosen the right worker.
Second moment is about arrival of the workers. Some employers are trying to make group employment and to bring all workers in the same plane. But unfortunately sometimes such choice becomes the reason of some problems or disbalance during the process of employment. Our experience shows that it's better to arrange visas and flights for each candidate separately. Also it's better not to introduce the workers to each other before they start working, because it may cause bad consequences in future.
